Career Overview
Victoria began her career with an international IT consultancy where she held an Office Manager and Executive Assistant position before specialising in Human Resource management, gaining her CIPD accreditation. In 1998 Victoria joined Pcubed, an international Project Management consultancy, as Head of Recruitment. Following a career break, Victoria joined Ashford & St. Peters Hospital as a Personal Assistant in the pharmacy department, supporting the Chief Pharmacist and the senior leadership team.

Victoria provides a professional business support service which allows the Dixcart teams to focus on customer delivery and prioritising the needs of their clients.

Victoria has extensive Office Management and Administration expertise in addition to specialisms in Human Resources and Recruitment, gained within Professional Services organisations. This has provided Victoria with a breadth of experience and developed her strong customer centric approach.
Professional Development and Qualifications
Victoria holds a CIPD Level 5 after undertaking a Human Resources Management Postgraduate diploma at Kingston University.
In Her Spare Time
Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and has a passion for travel, her wanderlust fuelled from travelling around the world prior to commencing her career. Victoria has particularly enjoyed being able to combine these by travelling with her family, with highlights including road trips across the Garden Route in South Africa, around British Columbia in Canada, and along Western Australia.
