She handles daily mail distribution and coordinates courier services, administrative tasks, and supply orders. Suzanne is also trained in the use of a defibrillator and serves as a Fire Warden, ensuring weekly fire tests are conducted.

Suzanne has over 35 years of experience in customer service, with a significant portion of her career spent in the electronics industry, specialising in the automotive market. She led a team of sales coordinators within a busy European customer service group, managing a demanding role with multiple responsibilities. More recently, Suzanne worked as a Clinic Secretary at a private clinic, which sparked her interest in reception work. This experience ultimately led her to join Dixcart, where she continues to excel in her role.
