What I enjoy about my job
I enjoy the variety of my role. No two days are the same. I am constantly busy and always learning new things.
How I ‘make it happen’ for my clients
I assist the Lawyers as much as I can in whichever way I can. My work can vary from extensive work in a data room when assisting the lawyers with their due diligence on a sale or purchase to formatting documents, arranging meetings and travel schedules and even making sure there is always food in the freezer for any late night working!
A bit about my background
I have always had an interest in Law and after working abroad in different industries I came back to the UK to pursue my interest and joined Dixcart Legal in 2017.
What I wish I’d known at the start of my career
To enjoy the work you do and that it is good to have a great team of colleagues – it’s a long time to retirement!
You might not know this about me but…
I am a motorcyclist and although having children stopped me riding for some time, (didn’t have a side car!) I am keen to get back on the saddle and get back out on the open road!! I once did a parachute jump for Macmillan (in my motorbike leathers!). I was screaming so loudly I could be heard on the ground!
