What I enjoy about my job
I enjoy the variety of the clients and colleagues I work with. My colleagues have a diverse range of expertise, professional skills and knowledge which means that there are not many questions that go unanswered.

How I ‘make it happen’ for my clients
As a trainee accountant, my main aim is to produce true and fair financial statements for our clients. In the future, I aim to use my knowledge of modern technology and my recent studies to provide an excellent, bespoke client service.

A bit about my background
Since I am one of the youngest in the firm, my career history is brief. However, I have focused on becoming an accountant since taking my GCSE’s, studying the profession at A-Level and coming out with an A grade! I am in the middle of my ACCA studies and I now have 18 months’ experience behind me.

What I wish I’d known at the start of my career
I have already come to realise that I should not be afraid to ask questions or ask for help.

You might not know this about me but…
I was an FA qualified football official, officiating games at Premier League stadiums – including Stamford Bridge and Craven Cottage – under my belt.
